SUNDAY SCHOOL AND ADULT BIBLE CLASS Oct. 1 through Dec. 3, from 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Sunday School is open to kids ages three to eighth grade and meets on the second floor at school.  This session’s topic is “The Fruits of the Spirit.”  At the same time, an adult Bible study is held in the lower level at church.  The study is entitled "Idols We Never Knew We Had". This series explores often-overlooked areas of our lives where the temptation can be strong not to put our Lord first. Every session brings us back to the centrality of Jesus as our Savior. Childcare is available for toddlers under age three.

COUPLES GROUPJoin the Couples Group for a four-week Bible study called “Before Amen” by Max Lucado.  We will look at how prayer is a simple tool that everyone has been given to have a conversation with God.  You will learn to trust that God hears you, and embrace a prayer life that brings you peace and rest.

We begin meeting Sunday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. in the comfortable residence of the Tipton family.  Please contact Ericka for their address,  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. As Lutherans living in the 21st century, what Luther brought about is still part of who we are as Christians and as a church. Prof. Joel Otto from the Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, examines those developments that continue to have a lasting impact.  The sessions will focus on the certainty of salvation, the Bible in the language of the people, the Small Catechism and Lutheran education, the singing church, the elevation of the ordinary life, and the Lutheran pastor.  To learn more, or to join the study, go to

2 Year Reading Plan of the Bible (NIV 1984)

The Today's Light Bible helps individuals and groups read and study the entire NIV Bible in just two years, breaking the readings down into manageable daily portions that can be completed in just 15 minutes or less. Brief devotions based on the text help readers understand and apply that day's Scripture selection to their lives.
